The book places sexuality within a larger spiritual journey. This course begins with that question: how might you bring desire, attention and your inner life into a more conscious relationship? Jing, Qi and Shen offer traditional maps for this exploration.

This course welcomes adults curious about a grounded introduction to Taoist personal practice. You can join on your own; no previous experience is required.

I’m Mason Töryen. My work brings together music, voice, movement and shared practice. In this course, I invite you into a slower space of attention: one where curiosity and personal boundaries can exist together.
We will return to simple practices, make room for questions and notice what is useful in your own experience.
04 / A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE FOR TWO

A shared path of cultivation.
The course is also available as a private retreat for couples. Drawing on Taoist themes of yin, yang and dual cultivation, this format creates space to explore how individual awareness can inform your connection with one another. The practices and scope are agreed before booking.
No intimate demonstration or partner contact is required. Every activity remains optional for each person.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Do I need experience or a partner?
No. The online course is for adults aged 18 or over and can be taken individually. A separate private retreat format is available for couples.
Will I need to share intimate experiences?
No. Cameras are optional. You may observe, rest, adapt or opt out. No nudity, intimate demonstrations, sexual history or sexual performance is required.
What if I miss a session?
There are no recordings or individual makeup sessions for absences. You can use the weekly guide and submit a practice question. Final withdrawal and cancellation terms will be available before purchase.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your enrollment is a commitment to the full course. Absences or your decision to stop attending do not entitle you to a refund or cancel remaining installments, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If Mason cancels the course before it begins, you receive a full refund. If Mason ends the course after it begins, you receive a refund for the sessions not delivered and any unpaid balance is adjusted accordingly. The course will go ahead even with two participants; it is not conditional on reaching eight enrollments.
Is this a professional certification?
This is an educational course for personal practice. It does not qualify participants to teach and does not provide medical care, psychotherapy or a guarantee of particular results.
How is the group’s privacy protected?
Recording, screenshots, automatic transcription and AI meeting assistants are prohibited. Participants agree to respect confidentiality, although no group can guarantee another person’s conduct. A full privacy notice will be supplied before registration.
