Danza Medicina is a prayer in motion — a downtempo journey where breath becomes rhythm, and light language becomes song.
Ethereal vocals by Simay Yaylacı weave through the air, guiding listeners into a space of inner stillness and embodied release.
“Breathe in, breathe out,” the voice reminds us — a gentle invocation to come home to the body.
This piece was born while composing the music for one of the central scenes in La Danza del Corazón, a beautiful short film by my dear Mexican friend Crıstobal Acuña, filmed in Paris.
It was in this sacred creative space that Danza Medicina came to life — a dance of liberation, a sonic offering for all those who move to remember.
