✨ What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic Dance is a meditative, inclusive, and non-judgmental practice that allows you to express yourself through movement. It is a celebration of the body’s freedom, a gateway into your inner self through music, and a chance to connect consciously with others.
This transformative practice has become deeply loved all around the world — and it is still fresh and expanding here in Türkiye. Ecstatic Dance reconnects us with our tribe and our authenticity.
🍫 The Medicine of Cacao Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine. When prepared with love and intention, it gently supports your inner journey. At the beginning of the evening, we’ll serve raw ceremonial cacao — brought with care from Mayan Lands — to awaken the deep potential of the heart and guide us into a soft, ecstatic journey within.
