This introductory workshop offers an embodied exploration of sexual energy as a source of vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual presence. Through guided awareness and Taoist principles, participants are introduced to the foundations of circulating desire safely and consciously, allowing it to nourish the whole system rather than rise in excess or disperse.

This session is experiential, grounded, and accessible, designed as an entry point into a longer path of Taoist energy cultivation.

No prior experience is required. This work is subtle, respectful, and deeply rooted in Taoist tradition.
